"Oh soooo Delicious! Grabbed a quick take-away order for dinner and we are so happy we tried this yummy restaurant!. Ordered combination platters 21, 27, Mexican stir-fry, cheese sauce, guacamole, and fried ice cream. Yes, you can get fried ice cream to go! Also had a delicious jalapeño margarita from the bar. The service is outstanding, We will definitely be back soon! Thank you!"

"Food was delicious! Portions are more than generous per plate, I always leave feeling full and satisfied. Customer service definitely set a warm homey environment. I travel for work and happened upon this place during my 3 day stay, I made the 1hr drive back to bring my family a week later and they absolutely loved it. There were 15 of us, the servers were super friendly and engaging. They definitely went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.The open bar had an experienced barista that made every drink to a T! I've eaten something different each time I've gone eagerly wanting try the whole menu! I've been up and down Oregon and I can confidently say that Sol De Mexico is by far the best authentic tasting Mexican restaurant that I've been to in awhile."
"The food at this place is pretty decent. I wish it had a little more spice but the beans and rice were delicious. The service was excellent and when our son was fussing they quickly boxed our food up for us so we could leave! We really appreciated the service and their kindness! We got the Del Mar and the Sol burrito, they were both good and there are quite a few dishes I'd like to try in the future."
