"I've ordered here a handful of times due to proximity and every time there has been something wrong with my order. I feel as though the staff and the manager here do not know what "extra" means unless you pay extra. Normally, at every other subway chain, you are able to ask for extra vegetables for free but for some reason when I put "extra lettuce" or any special requests as noted in special requests section, they never read it or follow it. Do yourself a favor and save the trouble of going to this subway and just go to one right down the street because this chain WILL MAKE YOUR ORDER WRONG."
