"Typical fast food chain. I would say service was better, but I spent a ton on a family meal only to find that gave us no chicken breasts. When I called to let them know and maybe get a couple of breasts, there was no answer. They are a franchise, so I didn't bother reaching out to corporate."
"I was a regular of Popeyes, but after today, never again. Popeyes, you have become as disgusting as other fried chicken chains. I used to love your chicken tenders because your chicken-to-batter ratio was just right, or used to be good. Today one of my daughter's tenders was 99% batter, I bit into it and it was just absolutely disgusting. Shame on you Popeyes for charging what you charge and for giving us unedible food."
"Location clean. Lighting lively. Staff: seemed understaffed? Ordering from mobile app while at home was easy. Picking up through drive through however was not happening for us. It wasn't prepared when I arrived. In fact it seemed like it hadn't started until the moment I got to the drive through and mentioned the order name. I also felt like ordering an additional little extra on top of the regular order so I ordered a sandwich and some spicy rice but they were all out of the rice. It was today I learned that Rice was something you could run out of. So I resolved for more Cajun fries despite the main order already having two large fries within. The app never gave a wait time, no "expected pickup time" or anything. It was at least 10 minutes between order sent and my personal arrival. There was an additional wait time due to fries needing to be made. In the long run we all had our meal but for me in the short run as the driver, I was left dissatisfied. Order placed: 6:50pm-ish via app Goods obtained: 7:24pm I hesitate for future orders."
"Chicken was usual crunchy and great tasting- people working there though- a bit of politeness and courtesy would make it a better experience. Will use the Beaverton branch in the future."
