"Well, to start with, I will say that I never write reviews. But the experience I had today at Convention Center Auto Body was so unusual I felt I HAD to do something. I stopped by to get an estimate for repair on the hatchback door on my Subaru, which had been damaged. Bud Foteff greeted me like he cared about me and the business he runs. He followed me out to the car and, instead of giving me an estimate for a costly full-blown repair, he recommended a mobile guy to fix the dent. Not only that, he went back into the building and got a rag and a bottle of solvent and proceeded to rub off all of the residual paint from the other car (it really wasn't a car but whatever) to the extent that it was definitely acceptable. I was amazed that he took the time to do this. He refused any payment. It is rare to find such an honest, helpful and friendly person in everyday business. I would highly recommend this place!"

You are never left in the dark with where they are on your vehicle repair. Bob consistently keeps you up to date during the process.
