"DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. This mechanic is not honest. He gladly took $270 from me to “repair” my car window, only for it to break immediately (twice) and he refused to fix the window or give me a refund."

James was able to fit me in the very day I called, while every other shop I researched was booked out for weeks. He’s very approachable & easily explains what he’s fixing & why, while he works, which is a very nice experience if you’re unfamiliar with cars. After some replaced coils & an O2 sensor, my vehicle sounds so much smoother. He gave me an extremely fair price for the work done, & has been very considerate in checking in after the fact to make sure I’m still satisfied with my car’s operation."

"Hands down the best mechanic in Portland I’ve came across! My poor impala SS stopped running around my birthday & I couldn’t figure out why. ( had previously took it to another mechanic & had some tire work done, thought maybe they could’ve messed with the car) Got on google & honest hands was one of the first business recommended to me. Other companies wouldn’t even come work on my car because the issue was electrical & there had been previous work done. But I read his previous reviews & they were great, so I figured I’d give it a try, not like my car was going anywhere. If he said no oh well. I called up James & explained the issue he was out the same day in less than a few hours to diagnose the car at a very cheap price. Explained everything that was going on with the car & answered any questions I had about the work he was doing. It’s been very cold this week & James had to work around my work schedule but, it took him less than a couple hours of work total to get my car back running !! With a total of 3 days spread out in this cold rainy weather, at night might I add. Due to my car sitting since the beginning of January it had also gotten a flat which he fixed as well, all this work done at a third of the price other mechanics would charge. My car would’ve ended up in the junk yard somewhere due to a simple electrical fix. Honestly never going to anybody else ! If your car is DOA James is the man to call."
