"The Jory is an upscale eating establishment attached to the Allison Inn. Everything here, from the ambiance to the flatware, is top-notch. The food quality is excellent, and the preparation and presentation are professional. They have a full bar and an extensive wine list emphasizing local wines. As you would expect, this is not inexpensive, but undoubtedly worth it if you can afford it. They charge a 3% culinary charge on all food items; when I queried about this, I was told it goes directly to the kitchen staff's pay. I highly recommend this place."
"Service was fabulous, Jeremy gave us suggestions for pairings and provided outstanding service for our 10 year anniversary dinner. Yum, everything was delicious! The bouillabaisse and rabbit were amazing, tons of amazing wines to pick from, and the mousse in the chocolate hazelnut cake, wow! Give me a bowl of it! We will be back!"
"Beautiful atmosphere and impeccable service. Never once needed to ask for a refill, they were that attentive. Food was cooked to perfection. I ordered the wagyu striploin, and it was one of the best steaks I’ve eaten in my life. I have celiacs, and they had no problem accommodating my gluten restrictions. One of the best the PNW has to offer, truly."

"What a lovely place to spend a quiet evening for dinner. The food is superb. I highly recommend starting with the brioche bread, absolutely delectable! They have an amazing wine list, and the atmosphere is serene and gorgeous. If you sit near the lounge, you can listen to beautiful piano music while you dine. Service here is top notch as well. They make you feel very special. I highly recommend this place!"
