"This is one of those shops that has that run-down exterior appearance, their garage floor isn't pristine, and the lobby is doubled as an informal office work space with no partitions between the customers and technicians. Make no mistake though, these folks know what they're doing. I sent my 1995 Saab 900 to them for a clutch replacement, flywheel resurfacing, and a transmission seal/bushing replacement. They beat the closest competitor estimate for only the clutch portion by hundreds of dollars, and didn't raise the price when I asked for the bushing and seal work. They even sent me photos of the finished job, which I have attached to this review. That work was done August of 2021. The clutch still feels great, and the transmission isn't leaking at all. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of Saab maintenance."
