"I like their drinks, I think they have a really good and big selection! Here is a note to Dutch bros employees, managers, and whoever dicedes to give them the script they have to use: Please STOP. Many people who are getting coffee here are probably getting it because they're TIRED and are sluggish and getting to work. They don't need someone energetically asking them about their day and plans and whole life story, and the only reason they do that is because you make your employees do it! It does attract a specific crowd, but dude.... YOU CAN TAKE IT DOWN A DAMN NOTCH OKAY!!!!!"
"DO NOT come here if you need a sugar free or decaffeinated drink!! They can never get my order right, the drinks have no flavor and it taste awful! and then they have bad attitudes when you need it remade , and will charge you the difference when they mess up YOUR drink . If I could review 0 stars I would , I only come here when I’m super desperate but I end up regretting it everytime. They NEED TO work on actually listening to customers instead of trying to rush you out of the line."
"Dutch bro’s coffee shops I have come across have always had the best costumer service. This location is the closest to my house and is always a great trip for the family. My little one gets the hot chocolate. My husband usually get black coffee while I pick a holiday or special drink."
