"For my first time here I was so excited to try the food after walking, viewing the menu, seeing the quality of food. It’s also a beautiful restaurant with a beautiful view of the lake and our server was so nice, but the only issue is… I don’t think I’ll visit again. I was so happy when my food arrived in a timely manner looking absolutely beautiful when I took a bite and got a mouth full of cold poached eggs, polenta, & bacon. It was ice cold and I was so disappointed because I thought I’d hit a jackpot especially with this restaurant being in my neighborhood. The server was so nice, the presentation, the view, and atmosphere was perfect, but how much does all that mean when your eating cold food? Just sad that was my first experience."
"Quality of food does not justify cost. Mashed potatoes lacked flavor, meat was chewy and tough. Best thing was the veggies. Happy I didn't order the halibut. Service was great though. Drinks were pretty good. $30 for the prime rib in the pic. Not worth the price"
"Our waitress Samantha was awesome! She was friendly, informative, and timely. I highly recommend getting a table in her area. The halibut was soggy though and maybe undercooked. It had a nice presentation. The fried chicken was good but there were hardly any mashed potatoes and the brown gravy was average."
"Popped in for some happy hour cocktails on Memorial Day. The happy hour was a nice surprise— also the happy hour “hours” as it were is very confusing. Seriously, check it out. Who could remember those rules? I’d like to come back for actual food sometime."
