"We were looking for a reputable and honest shop to take our Sprinter. After getting a grossly inflated quote for a belt and tensioner replacement from a specialty shop on McLoughlin, I was wary of getting ripped off. Hartmann’s quote for the same job was less than half. And instead of a sketchy looking shop, Hartmann is clean and professional looking. When the Sprotner was finished the tech came out and explained what was done and their observations of the vehicle. It was a pleasure working with them from start to finish. I hope I don’t have to see them soon, but know I’ll be taken care of when I do."
