"This is THE best quick stop coffee shop around, not even just the best Black Rock. They remember me and my favorite drink, my dog (who always gets the pup cup when she's with me), and my kiddo who always gets extra whip. "Every time I come here, there is one lady with shoulder length blonde hair who is always so rude! When taking my order it seems as if it is a chore.. Her attitude is ridiculous. I dislike this location! The staff on 185th is always amazing and so friendly!! This location needs to take a page out of their book!"
"I really do like this shop, but they're always so understaffed. When anyone comes to walk up, the drive-thru patrons wait like over 20 minutes to just get through the line- and all the walk-up people get out within about 5 minutes of waiting. Please staff your store better."
"I seriously love this location so much! They make my drink perfect everytime. I love the staff! Especially Hannah. They genuinely care for their customers and are good people. I sent my friend to grab me a drink and they knew it was for me and wrote on my drink. It doesn't get better than that! They also uplifted me on one of the hardest days I've been through."
