"We did drive-through at the BK near Lowes. For the third time, they got our order wrong. Tonight, we ordered 2 Whoppers with cheese, no pickles, no onions. We got no cheese and lots of pickles on both burgers. Order #20 on 3/4/24. I can assure you, this will be our last order. Ever."
"I’m gonna be really honest things here have improved a lot. We’ve both lived here for over 20 years and barely ever gotten an order wrong.. the staff used to be rather rude, but the new staff that they’ve replaced them with are a lot better.. I’m seeing a lot of complaints here on food poisoning, lukewarm food, and wrong orders. So far we really have not experienced this. Granted, they treat us like royalty here. Free food, and all. But even when we pay for food, they get it right .. so much so we have a second Burger King location in McMinnville now. If you’re nervous about drive-through quality, just go into the dining room and order in person and then leave . I’m telling you these people don’t do as bad as everyone claims."
"I've only ever gotten the bfast French toast sticks and Hashbrowns from this location. This is usually my weekend treat, and has been awesome every time."
"The best Burger King burgers I have ever had! The fries were amazing too! Could have been the pot so I will be going back to make sure! Went back several times. Each time have been missing items that I paid for! What a pity!"
"Every time I go hear the employee are not nice. I am sorry to say but I have been there for all three shift and it is constantly poor. The staff are well trained at making sure the customers is wrong. If you want it your way plan on it costing more then what you will pay at any other BK around Oregon or Washington. I don't know if this is a franchise owner issue over staff or just management, but they are counting all there pennies at this location and you can bet money if one penny is out of place the staff will pay with the happiness. Hood luck my fellow BK lovers happy eating and traveling."
