"If I could give zero stars, that would be more appropriate. Don't bother calling they leave you on hold for 15 minutes then just keep picking up and putting you back on hold. A literal human being was doing this. Every time they said, Please hold I said no I'm done, but they wouldn't hear that because they literally didn't even listen or attempt to interact."

"I am very happy with Aspen dental. I appreciated their free visit. I was in a lot of pain with a tooth that needed to be pulled. They were able to get me in at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, give me a full examination, and explain all of my options And pull my bad tooth out so I could go home and find relief I felt very confident with their latest technology and very friendly, helpful staff. I"

"This horrific experience happened many months ago, and it was so disturbing that I feel compelled to share. As a retired dentist of 30 years, I’ve never even thought of writing a bad review to another dental office. My daughter made not one, but two separate new patient appointments. Her records should have been there on the first appointment. On the second appointment, she was told after her arrival that they again were not there. I waited a few weeks to go in to speak to the office manager. She was extremely defensive, absolutely non-apologetic and told me that it was the responsibility of the patient to insure that the X-rays had arrived. (!!). I’m dumbfounded by this. Dentistry doesn’t need any help in keeping patients away."

"My experience at Aspen dental was the worst experience I have had with any health care provider ever, not even specific to dentistry. The staff were not at the desk when I arrived, and after waiting 10 minutes, they were rude with no customer service skills, kindness, etc. and acted almost frustrated by my presence. By my second appointment, after taking more time off work, they still had not looked in my mouth and asked me “what are you here for” when at that point they should have had all my records and been prepared to see me. They still were not ready, did not know who I was, and wouldn’t see me. They said to come back and make another appointment and at this point I left in tears and I refused to even go back. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a provider. 10000/10 do NOT recommend Aspen dental."
