"Here’s a summary of my experience with Dr. Mike and his extraordinary team. This tells it all! Had a horrible pain in the jaw, and called Dr. Mike on Monday morning at 8 AM. By 9:30 AM I was in the dentist chair and they were running analytics. By 1030, I am filling a prescription at the pharmacy while his team contacts oral surgeons to get me in ASAP. By 1130 , I’m in the oral surgeon’s office and by noon I’m having a root canal. What an amazing, professional, and customer attentive team! I am so grateful."

"We love Cloud Nine Dental! I trust Dr. Ballard and his team with my care as well as my kids. He has consistently chosen a more cautious approach rather than an expensive aggressive one. My kids enjoy going to the dentist because he and his team make it fun. He has a warm beside manner and great stories for kids. He explains what he is doing and has a calming personality. You are always made to feel that you are part of the plan and approach. His staff has been with the practice for a long time. It's great to see familiar faces and it's reassuring for the kids. I think having long time staff is a good indication that the dentist is a great person to work with and that they respect him. I also think everyone is happy here and you can tell when you walk in the door. You'll see Lisa at the front desk who has such a warm greeting. She is exceptionally friendly and has wonderful communication with patients. It's a pleasure getting reminder calls from her. The hygienists have always been gentle and great about explaining preventative care. They are wonderful with my kids as well. They have made a difference in educating my children about their dental health with a splash of fun."
