"I can’t comment on the dental practice, but I took my family to dinner Saturday evening and parked in their lot, and my car was towed. I take responsibility for having my car towed, but the towing service this business employs demanded $520 cash to release my car that night, with increasing fees if I didn’t agree to make immediate cash payment. The national average for a tow is $105. I can accept that this dentist has cars towed (even after business hours), but hiring a predatory towing company is a very negative gesture to the neighbors and other local small businesses (we were supporting) and your potential customers should be aware."
"Been going there for a number of years now. Parking readily available, always greeted in a friendly manner by the folks at the front desk, very short wait periods. The hygienist does an outstanding, discomfort-free job in a professional, yet friendly, manner. The dentist is the best I've ever had! I had been going regularly to a popular dentist closer to home, and switched when I could tell he was close to retirement. My first two visits to Beaverton Dental Arts were eye opening! Dr. Nguyen quickly found and promptly fixed two things I had been dealing with for years. If you're looking for a great dentist who is surrounded by a friendly, courteous, conscientious staff, look no further than Beaverton Dental Arts."
"I absolutely LOVE this office and everyone in it! Dr. Nguyen has a gentle and very caring approach to her care. I have quite a few dental issues and she has been able to take care of it all. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are all super sweet and funny. They have a unique way of making you feel very comfortable in what is usually a bit of an uncomfortable place to be. I love my dental hygienist, Shannon and the dental assistant, Bree. They are just the best. Valerie in the front office is always smiling and great at explaining insurance details and scheduling needs. I am SO happy that I have found this office."
