"Absolutely brilliant service. I went Black Friday shopping yesterday. I bought a pair of pants for my son that ended up being too small. I took them back today to exchange them for something else. The something else was a few dollars more than the pants, so I expected to top up the payment (less than 2 dollars). However Brandy, the clerk, just exchanged them across the board with a price correction to spread the holiday cheer. She won a customer for life!"
