"I love that they have a pond here and I love the walking path. I do wish they had more playground equipment because ots such a big space with just a couple of things to play on. They now have a splash pad you can pay to go in during the summer. Bossier had one amd its free. I have found drug paraphernalia a few times in the rocks they have around the playground so idk that having gravel like that is a good idea around playground equipment. They do keep it clean and I know that it's not the city's fault that people are so careless to leave stuff like that for kids to find. They do monitor this place often so I feel safe taking my child their I just pay close attention to the gravel when we go because I don't want her getting ahold of something dangerous like that she is only 2."
"Great place to stop, picnic, and play. We stopped while traveling. Very clean, but there were ALOT of fire ant beds!"
"If you are seeking a nice pleasant place to walk or jog, this is the perfect park. It also has a splash pad for kids, which makes it a great location for birthday partied."
