He face-timed with me and my husband to explain the damage he saw and the process needed. He called our insurance company with us to start the claim. He even knew our local agent which made us feel even better with moving forward. He sent us photos of progress and daily reports. Seeing your property torn up can be scary but they removed all the damaged flooring and drywall. The site looked very clean and then he referred us to an awesome contractor that is now in the process of finishing the claim. "This company is top notch. We had a roof leak which ended up showing up in our daughters ceiling. Was referred to Scott & DJ at Water Removal Pros from our neighbor which highly recommended them. Scott came that day to see the damage and explained the process. He set up some drying equipment to help with the moisture that was still in the ceiling. He showed me the camera that showed the water damage that I couldn’t see. DJ and the crew came the next day to finish the work. Scott was the lead and communicated the whole time. Emma also answered many questions I had and I knew I chose the right company after speaking with her the very first call. They were knowledgeable, prompt, and very professional.
