"I was in town for a family members wedding and after driving 4 hrs, let’s just say my suit was in poor shape and in need of professional care. With time of the essence and right after Christmas, I searched local dry cleaners in the area and Park Avenue Cleaners popped up with a great rating so I figured why not! Let me tell you that was only the tip of the iceberg of my experience. Walking in the door, you’re greeted by a very nice and courteous staff that also knows how to hustle and work efficiently! I also had the privilege of Rebecca being the one in which handled my transaction. She was AWESOME! Super sweet and humble personality I left not only happy and confident in my choice for my suit, but with a smile on my face and just a sense of joy. It’s crazy sometimes when you think about it how most interactions have their impacts on others, or what a simple process can have the potential to create. "took my wedding dress directly from the alterations business to the dry cleaners in the same shopping center. When I dropped off the dress it had a few marks from the alteration. When I went to pick my dress up it was missing buttons, had snags all over the fabric and a huge stain on the upper chest. I refused to take it in that condition. the owner called me and berated me. Told me they made the dress 100% better than when I dropped it off. He refused to take any ownership and hung up on me. When my husband went to pick up the dress there was no one for him to speak to and they had take buttons off the OTHER SLEEVE and sewed it on the other sleeve. This place is HORRIBL! A $2k wedding dress ruined 2 days before my wedding. DO NOT USE THEM!"
