"Customer service is great. Washers and dryer’s work great even though they look old but let me tell you work better than newer models. And for all of our convenience they open 24/7. So that’s a plus"
"24 Hours and every machine works well, what more can you ask for? Various size washers ranging from 1-3 dollars a load, and drying is 25c for 5 minutes with the largest loads being done in an hour"
"I go here majority of the time to wash my clothes when attendant is on shift. They are usually nice. If there's a problem, they will find a solution. I've been there before after hours, and it would be overwhelming to much of a crowd and no attendant on hand. Since the health epidemic, there has been a few changes in hours and how many people can go in at a time to do any washing or drying, which I think is best because, there's no crowd. You may have to wait but, it's best considering the health epidemic."
"Fabric Care Washateria is very clean and the washers and dryers are great. My clothes come out so clean and fresh. The ladies that work there are so help and nice. I just love Fabric Care Washateria. I drive there from Beaumont . Most of all the price is right !"
"I do NOT know if you other reviewers are talking about the same place. 24 hrs is very convenient, that aside, there is no attendee nor staff. The place wreaks of stagnant water fermenting mold and mildew. Disgusting, I'm reporting this place. New management or demo the building, either or."
