"Got my outboard back twice from them without them testing it and finding out myself that its running with the exact same issues. $500 in labor for this. Brought it back a third time so they could keep trying and they left the boat sitting there for almost 6 months and only heard from them when I called. Would have gone on until I went to get my boat back (with vines growing up the trailer) and now they're ignoring my calls and emails asking for a refund."

"I bought a new outboard and wanted to go get it maintenance so I brought it to LA outboard, sat there for about a month or so got it back ran good for 1week then realized when they changed the lower unit oil they forgot to put a bolt that holds it on and forgot to tighten spark plugs. Bought a new bolt for lower unit ran for about another 2 weeks then started leaking black oil like liquid out of power head so I brought it there again sat for about 3weeks they said it was running too rich so they adjusted the air/fuel mixture. Got it back ran good for the first day but wanted to cut off sometimes. When I got home realized carburetor bowls screws were just a few threads from falling out and leaking gas everywhere. Fixed that and the gaskets, for the air filter because they were torn up, and now it won’t even run. Would not recommend."

"My boat sat at this place for 3 weeks and I never even figured out what was wrong with it. I called back multiple times to see what the deal was and they kept giving me false time frames of when my boat would get looked at. On top of this when I finally got fed up with it and went to pick up my boat they had misplaced my work order. 2 1/2 week wait period and 3 weeks just sitting at the shop with no call or updates. Almost 6 weeks and my boat still isn’t fixed. I suggest bringing your boat somewhere else"

"After the initial call back on what they thought the issue was, and Couldn't be certain, plus the labor cost, I prompted out, but the experience still cost me two hours labor anyway. Remember labor and diagnostics are the same charge here, I understand the principles of a business, and making money, but I just put this down as a 250.00 classroom mistake."

"I recently looked @ a used boat and wanted the motor tested , 300hp Verado, before the actual purchase. Not being from this area, I picked this shop outta the blue and I'm sure glad I did. Jennifer, in the office was so helpful and Wayne the tech was outstanding.They did this on the only day I could, Saturday, their day off, when the shop was closed, to help me out. I highly recommend this shop , their staff and work was very professional. Joe"
