He was extremely polite and professional over the two days it took to get everything completed. He kept us informed of everything that was going on and walked through everything that was done once completed to show us the results and ensure it met our expectations. Without question, we would have Joe work again on any plumbing issues we have. I’d give him way more than 5 stars if I could!"
