"Had damage to my car from a wreck that wasn’t my fault. When I brought my car in they told me it would be about 4-5 days for the repairs. They didn’t offer me a rental at all, but I wasn’t worried about it if it was going to be less than a week. Then a week goes by and I was not contacted at all. I call them(day 8), was told they would call me back. Didn’t hear back til that Friday(9 days after drop off). I was then told they found extra damage and needed to order more parts/waiting on the parts. Why was I not contacted? Why was I then not offered a rental? I was then told the part was to arrive that day and my car would be ready around 6 that evening. Unfortunately, I was working and told them I’d get it on Monday since they’re closed all weekend. I call Monday morning(day 12) to be informed that my car is still not ready. I was still not offered a rental, no apology, nothing. I was met with attitude saying “you know we’ll call you when it’s ready right?” It’s now day 15 and I haven’t heard a thing or have been offered a rental. Worst possible experience. Totally and completely unprepared and unprofessional."
