"Very clean, employees friendly and helpful. Room was big, beds comfortable. Has coffee pot, small fridge and a microwave. Still playing off covid and not serving breakfast. However there are multiple restaurants close by and a DG Market across the street. The biggest issue I can see for some is the noise from the busy road and the train which we heard a few times. Didn't seem to bother us but I can see where it might bother a light sleeper. Although there was heavy traffic we walked around and didn't feel unsafe. We will return to here on our way home."

"Lucky me . There was no hotel in miles of Shreveport Lousiana. This hotel.is so disgusting you will have to take a hot bath when you leave. The elevator wall on the the 3rd floor had vomit that looks like it's a permanent part of furniture. The room given me had juice spilled on side table. I never been to a hotel soooo nasty and dirty. I paid 106 dollars for that night. I was on my way to Mardi Gras. Alot of people are passing through to go to Mardi Gras. False advertisement, Starbucks Coffee "NONE". I asked the clerk for coffee. She said they do not do Starbuck anymore and gave me two packs of coffee in my hand and told me to make coffee in my room. I spoke to another clerk early that morning and advised her politely of the incident of juice spill in room before I got their. She just looked at me puzzled. They need a new owner for that establishment. Horrible experience."

"I stayed at the Executive Inn while visiting my girlfriend from out of town over the weekend. The room was very clean and spacious for a solo traveler. The bed was supposed to be a king but seemed a bit small for a king, although that was no big deal. It was warm, comfy, and allowed for a pretty good night's rest. The only thing I could really complain about is the noise. With the door closed, I could hear everything going on outside as if it were wide open. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay and I think I'd go back if I'm ever back in Jefferson."

"Hotel is old and it shows in the paint and room, but it was very clean. I really turned everything over looking for bugs and stains after reading some of the reviews but didn’t find any. Only drawback was the train blowing its horn and 18 Wheelers on the road all night long. Not even a noise machine helped to drown that noise."

"This hotel was very unacceptable. The room had a smell to it. The TV only got one channel. The AC would not get cold. The toilet did not flush and the water would not get hot. I felt like I had bugs crawling on me all the time. I actually checked in at 9 o’clock at night and woke up at 3 AM and left because I felt so disgusted. Think I will dispute the charge because I tried to call the office and no one would ever answer horrible place."
