"My intention was to reach out for services before unit warranty expired . I explain central unit stop working last November but due to my working long hrs and weather changing to a much colder temperature I decided to wait. Attempts by text and vocal communicate was successful about two times Promised to come, waited patiently on day off Wednesday which resulted a "No Show".My schedule off of work is flexible I only needed to know. Having limited knowledgeable later text concerning heating system thinking they were connected as one . That heating problem is resolved . Purchase unit in May 2020 hope to get response before weather gets warmer."
"This is the 2nd time I have used this company since last September. Both times I have had excellent service from this company! Today I called around 1030 or so because we noticed water leaking from the AC in our closet unit- they called back and were here by 4 o’clock today! Thank the lord for good- fast service!"
