"Was told by a bearded employee that the computer was down in the state of Texas and he could not do car inspections for another 30 until the computer started working again so I came back 1 hour later and the computer was Working but it was rain8ng so he told me he could not inspect my vehicle in the rain. Even though there was 3 empty bays that could have been used .later I found out the computerized state Inspection was never down this fellow is just lazy that why there is no cars there"

"After having vehicle serviced for 4 years and inspected. Same Truck, same everything, now before I even get out of vehicle told it would not pass inspection because of winshield. Even though it had not been an issue in past. Oh yeah, not to mention that TX DPS does not require windshield inspection. only wiper blades ... If windshield does not effect use of wipers them it's not an issue. The issue here was just didn't want to any work, couldn't do oil chamge either except with cash payment...maybe owner should look into that. They apparently have enough business to turn loyal folks away just because."
