"We had service from them. Good at first. After we ordered a new unit, old one only 2 years old, our replaced unit went home with Ethan. I had to ask for the new remote to be returned and the second base was stolen also. Beware of this company. They are not honest."

"Ethan Tarpley was a pleasure to deal with. I called several other companies and didn't get a call back from anyone. I called Haven's and Ethan answered right away and was at the house within the hour. Our old unit stopped working, and he had our new unit ordered and installed in just a couple of days. Even while he was in the middle of installing our unit he would leave no call unanswered. This young man won't leave anyone hanging. I highly recommend using this company."
