"Went 2 days in a row for alignment.only guy can do it got injured got called monday still hirt. Maybe train someone else since every store is an hour away from any town in texas. Im not impressed but 5 other shops couldnt get to it either in 2 weeks time."

"100% a waste of time. You have to make an appt, they were over an hour late pulling my vehicle back. Then tried to strong-arm me into getting other work done that I wasn't there for (because my husband had to get back to work and wasn't there with me), refused to do a simple alignment. Wanted me to pay almost $800 in order to get the original service requested. THEN charged me $28 and some change for labor for services never rendered. Wasted 2 hours of my time. WITH an appt. We won't be back."

"If you use this place to fix a tire be sure you get your tire key back! Couldn’t find our tire key when we got a flat and they were the last tire shop we used and thanks to them, saying they would have to wait on a boy they let borrow their tire keys to see if they had ours or not on their tire key chain and still haven’t received a phone call about it so we had to figure out how to get the tire off ourself. I’ve had that car for years and every time I brought it to my regular tire shop they would always put it back in my glove box. Used this place one time and now missing my key and having to replace it. Great service!!!!!"

"Since 5 is the highest that as high as I can rate them but Mr buddy and his staff were amazing had tires ordered and ready the next day which for an out of towner it was awesome for me. Plus the Christian sign at the front door I knew I was at the right place right away. Plus amazing prices also can't say enough about Mr Buddy and his crew he has. "Great service! Brought a new tire in to patch a puncture on short notice (tire not bought from them). The shop manager said come on in, we'll take care of you. Drove in, the shop manager listened to me. They patched my tire, offered to remove my spare, installed the repaired tire and wheel, carefully followed my instruction to align my wheel center cap the way I wanted. All for just 20 bucks! Was in and out about 30 minutes. Highly recommend them. They have a new loyal customer! UPDATE 16DEC2021: Just used this shop again for some minor work. Drive up without appointment, they immediately started working. Work was done fast and at a VERY good price! A sharp contrast to other local shops. Once again I highly recommend them."
