"So I attempted to file my taxes online and was told I had file by mail. So that being the case I schedule a appointment for May17th,2021 as that is the deadline to file taxes. My 11am appointment went very fast no question were asked really. I provided my I'd and social. I signed the screen three or four times. Ten minutes later the lady says this is what u are getting back. I signed the paper and leave as she had two other walk-ins appear as I was trying to file my return both people were early and she assured them I'll work u guys in after mine. She rushed it. No biggie. My issue is this. Online it states it's $49.00 to file I get home and go over the paper work and since I have no clue what taxes are I expected that they would do this service as professional as well as meticulous to get me the most as that's there slogan. I was charged $191 for my return to be filed. Yes with a $20 credit for a referral of a friend which I don't do. How so I call customer service to get a corporate number to file a complaint and they give the lady's number whom filed my taxes. No I want corporate if this lady scammed why would I go back. Wow."
