Our client had put this job on hold several times throughout the process and then we finally received approval and Mike/M&M made sure he went the extra mile to get materials asap. After the installation started the Client decided they wanted the work to be done after hours when the technicians arrived on site the second day. After all was said and done, and pricing differences were approved - the client gave us 1 hour to be on site to begin. Mike made it happened!!!
