"We drove from Dallas to buy a truck at Granger Dodge. Put 50% down financed the other 50% through Sabine. 3 weeks later the dealership calls and tells us our vehicle is not financed because Sabine would not fund the loan because we live in Dallas. We had to spend the last week scrambling to get the truck financed through our bank. It's just been a beating"

"Do not use Sabine FCU. the loan officer was EXTREMELY rude. Went to the orange branch and asked to speak with a manager and she was more hateful than the loan officer. I closed my account and moved to a different bank. 0 stars very poor customer service. I do not recommend to anyone!!!"

"I have had nothing but problems with this bank since I opened it all the way back in 2014. My card has been hacked multiple times, account being locked after legit purchases leaving me stranded with no money, fraud/hacking on account that resulted in needing a new card (9 times), and finally multiple issues with rude tellers and 1 incompetent manager. My home was damaged in Hurricane Laura and my insurance sent out 3 checks. 1 came about a week ago and was about $450. The tellers would not cash the check until a rude phone call from myself was made to the bank manager. I had spoken to someone before and they stated it would be no problem when my family went to deposit the check in my account, but they received nothing but icy attitudes and 3 trips to get it resolved. I finally called and spoke to the bank manager(something Johnson) prior to while i was at work and stated the importance of getting this deposit complete and she said "it will be no problem, just ask for me". I also took the time to explain that there would be a larger amount insurance check coming soon and she said "just bring it in and we'll take care of you so you can get your home fixed". Well today was the day to bring the check in and ol Johnson lady turned out to be a liar and did not help me at all. She was incredibly rude to me and unhelpful! She stated that a hold of 5 days which would have turned into a week be placed on a check that is less than $1500. I informed her that I was tired of Sabine's incompetence. I understand protocol and rules, but if you have a policy then it is the manager's responsibility to communicate thst policy to their members. Mrs. Johnson did not and mislead a very busy man who took time out of his day to get something done thst he was assured would be taken care of. I am very thankful for the competence that was shown at Ace Check Cashing in Orange, TX and the professionalism that Dianne showed at ACE. She put you to shame Sabine and I will be CLOSING my account after a miserable almost 7 years."

"I opened a bank account here out of necessity, and personal growth. I cannot even check my balance most of the time, and the majority of the staff makes me dislike myself. It might be a good bank, but I wouldn’t know because the only positive experience I have here would be the teller Britney. She is a fine example of how a teller should be."

"Sabine use to be the best bank in the Golden Triangle when it came to helping young people. I have been with the bank for over 4 years. The longer I have been with them, the worse they have treated me. Please be careful using this bank. Your credit will get hit 6 times even if you have a missed payment they didn’t set automatic draft on and they will lie to you and say they can’t help you after they said 2 months prior they would set it up. Highly recommend find another bank or credit union. These people are only worried about making money. The super super rude Lady names Mary makes you wanna crawl in a whole and die anyway. “Where you matter most” is the most lying slogan ever. It should say “where our money matters most”"
