"Our experience was so horrible, I wish I could give zero stars. We went to see Jane for a simple tax return. Married filing jointly, one income, one dependent. No special forms, no unemployment or anything like that. We were not told it would take as long as it did or that it would be nearly $300 for a simple tax return. On top of that, my husband and I called weekly asking for updates and we were told “there is people ahead of you, you will receive an invoice via email when yours is complete.” We called weekly for THREE WEEKS and were told each time “there is people ahead of you it will be at least 2 weeks before she gets to yours.” And whenever we called yesterday we were told “we’ve been trying to reach you for weeks and no one has answered the phone. We need you to come in and sign your invoice.” My husband and I both looked through our call logs, and we never once received a call from them. We were the ones calling. So not only did they drag their feet IMMENSELY, they lied and tried to make it seem like it was because we weren’t answering the phone that our taxes were not done yet. I understand if people are ahead of us and there is order to who gets done when, I don’t expect special treatment whatsoever. But being told it would be weeks each time we called was ridiculous. Not to mention the receptionist was very snappy each time we called. Wasted an entire month trying to get our SIMPLE tax return filed. Don’t waste your time and go literally anywhere else."

"It has been 2 years since I hired them to do a simple tax return. They made up excuses for the first year. The second year when I went in they told me that they would have to get back with me every time I went in person. Still not finished and now will not bother answering the phone or returning my call so I can pick up the paperwork and spend 30 minutes and do it myself."

"Called on Oct 10 th spoke to Jane she said come in tomorrow oct 11th. I went brought all needed information to do task. She said by end of next week. That week passed, the next I called left message. No call back nota. The next week I call this is week 3 and told the lady who answered phone I've called and left messages with no return call, she then put Jane on phone. She said by Tuesday of next week!!! So start of week 4 November 2nd, they are done with a ridiculous fee! For the time line and communication I can't recommend her nor will I return."
