"Getting intouch with them is next to impossible! I brought my children here before covid and I would have given them 5 stars, but since covid, I can't get in contact the person that was assigned to them, they wouldn't return our calls or even sign the prior authorization for the pharmacy to fill the meds. We have had nothing but bad experiences since last year. Would NOT recommend to anyone!"

"If your new to mental health. Read this. The DMV has better service. The people are nice and overworked. You will not be able to contact your doctor unless you are in an appointment. Office hours don't exist. Sometimes you will get lucky and find someone there, but they will not be able to help you. Slidell office. Schedule appointments no matter what because you can always cancel. Getting an appointment will always be a month or two out. There are no emergencies in this system, because you will never get your message or questions past the front desk or email service. Your Doctor doesn't see your emails and you will have no way to contact him unless your are actively in an appointment. Not sure it is better anywhere else."

"Dr. Kutner is a great physician. He is very knowledgeable and has keen insight. Acadian Care is a great place to get your treatment. They can be a little hard to get in touch with but they are well worth the effort."

"I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours by someone named Shelly before I could get an appointment. No one ever contacted me, its been at least 72 hours. Never reaching out for help again. This was my last hope. Update: So, someone did eventually call me back about 2 or 3 weeks later. Apparently the lady I was assigned (Shelly) had quit after 2 weeks of working there. Someone else had to contact everyone that was assigned to her (including me). I was really disappointed to hear that they do not do in person appointments or meetings, everything is over a video chat platform like Zoom (its required, you can't just call on the phone). Not to mention the soonest appointment they could get me was in 2 MONTHS out, and that wasn't even a therapy meeting, that was an assessment meeting so they can see whether or not they want to provide therapy or give you pills. Really dissapointing."
