"-1 STAR : It’s the fact that I set an appointment in advance and they are not taking any walk-in. Lady just walked in and got seen before me and I was here before her. Didn’t give me any information after I was told they are not taking any walk-in. And if you close early like you say you do, why are y’all still taking more people? As a business, you should’ve called and told whoever had an appointment they y’all was closing early."
