"I went here because i was old they do same day glasses. Wasnt told till after i spent almost 500$ on 2 pairs of glasses with upgrades that the upgraded glasses take 5 to 7 days to come in. But was also told they may come in in as little as 3 days. I have called to check at the r day mark they said my glasses would probably be in by Monday or Tuseday (today). Now I am being told it could take up to 14 days to get them in. This is ridiculous. I was there working thats why i went here to try to get glasses fast luckily i only live an hour away but i travel for work. I will not use them again."
"The staff was super friendly and helpful. Marilyn attended to us and helped us pick out the right lenses for our needs . The staff in the back was very fast our glasses were ready in less than 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend!!"
"Extremely good service. And prices. Highly recommend. And unlike the reviewer just below me, I was able to pickup my glasses very quickly. This allowed me to have my ride just wait for me to finish picking up the glasses and then return me to my apartment building across town. I don't drive anymore due to health conditions. And Medicaid while paying for the ride usually takes about an hour to send new driver to pick me up for the return trip."
"I will start off first that the service when getting help by an associate is very pleasant and they are very helpful and friendly. However, whenever you are here to just pick up your frames, be expected to wait at least 30 minutes to 1 hour and a half until you are asked about pick up. I get that it is busy but I feel that there needs to be someone assisting the front desk more. Again, I have a positive experience with the associates but the wait time for just a pick up is a little much."
