"So sad this is the only place for gymnastics in Beaumont. The lobby is empty and lady tells me I cannot stay to watch my kid because of fire code. Sure, I understand if there is a packed house. There was literally nobody in there but she did not want to budge. So last class it is for my kiddo and taking my business elsewhere and making sure to let everyone I know of their customer service. Classes are so sad, as well. Instructors are on their phone most of the time or just chatting themselves, no fun interactions with the kids from the one time i was able to sit in and watch. Zoom is available to watch the kids (or so they say) a lot of times it was not on with no success reaching anyone to fix it. Please don't give these people your money."

"Very unprofessional to say the least. My kids missed two classes due to them being sick (not trying to get anyone else sick) and family emergency. When I called to set up a make up day (like was mentioned on the website in the policy statement)the instructor Gail told me that she doesn’t do make up classes for the toddler class but since they missed two classes they could make up one class. She went on to tell me that if they cried (mind you they’re 3) she was gonna KICK them out the class because she doesn’t want them to upset the new kid in the class. I then mentioned about refunding my money back she told me I would have to take that up with the people upstairs. Out of frustration and just feed up with them all together I called Patty to tell her they would not be returning and began to explain the incident. She cut me off and told me she already knew all about it. Totally disregarded my feelings about the situation, basically saying to heck with what I’m talking about. She went so far as to tell me I would still have to pay for 2 weeks in the upcoming month because there’s a 2 week notice policy and I needed to send an email canceling my enrollment. This place is trash and extremely full of bull. They’re extremely rough with the little kids and if you try to mention anything to them they’re quick to say how the waiting list is so long basically saying take your child some where else. Save yourself the headache and disappointment and take your child some where that appreciates you, your kids and your money."

"Unprofessional. Daughter started to get upset due to them being so aggressive with her, it scared her and they blamed her. Then made inappropriate comments about my daughter crying multiple times to the other parents looking directly at my daughter each time. It may not be that way with all instructors and I understand competitive sports but the older instructor doing the trail class is unprofessional and immature. The idea of business is to gain more not throw it away because you can’t adjust your employees to deal with different customers, especially children."

"My daughter has been in the tot gym with Ms. Gail for 2 years and we LOVE her. She has taught her more than just gymnastics, this class has given her confidence and helped teach respect. Week after week it is evident that Ms. Gail loves the kids and wants the best for them. She pushes them to do their very best and they are so proud of themselves when they master a new skill. Ms. Gail is there each week with the same positive energy, never seems to have an "off" day and we appreciate her more than she knows. My daughter always looks forward to each class. We will move up this year and will miss her dearly but feel prepared for the next adventure. If you're considering gymnastics and your child is between ages 2-5 I highly recommend Ms. Gail and BGA. It has been a great experience for our family!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a complete joke and waste of money. My daughter was in a toddler tumbling class and I don’t even know where to begin. The teachers are so rough. I was in complete shock how she was handling my daughter (age 2) I had other mothers telling me sitting down how much they dis-like it but it was the only facility in the Beaumont area. It is trash not to mention out dated equipment and no one on staff knows the definition of respect let alone how to give it to the individuals who are paying there bills. I pulled my child from BGA and will encourage you to think twice before giving this place your money."
