"It’s very hard to get someone on the phone, it rings twice and goes straight to elevator music. I usually have to wait 10 minutes before someone finally answers. I don’t know if they need more employees or what. But there should be better phone etiquette. They shouldn’t charge late fees if someone is paying over the phone because it takes a week for them to answer."
