"My experiences at CVS Silsbee has always been nice with the retail store clerks, however it's another story when using the pharmacy - they project an air of unhappiness and they often seem either overwhelmed by their jobs, or simply going through the motions of work. The prices tend to be higher and they have a nonchalant attitude about it. Last month a pharmacy worker yelled at a line of customers, "I have got to get home to my husband, I can only fill one more prescription!" We the customers looked at each other with bewildered expressions. This was a couple of hours before closing. I'm calling my doctor to change where I get my meds in the future."
"It’s really hard to get someone on the phone. It’s easier to go in if I have a question. They have always been very nice when I’ve gone in with the exception of one woman but that’s on her not anyone else. We all have bad days sometimes. Grace goes a long way."
