"PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO DR. BERNALES! I scheduled an appointment for my daughter on a Friday due to her running a fever, sneezing, coughing and throat scratchy. I advised him of all her symptoms and told him that I had the flu a week ago. He only tested my daughter for streptococcal which came back negative. He kept asking me did my daughter have allergies, I kept telling him no. Bernales stated that it looks like her allergies is acting up and to keep giving her Zyrtec & Powerade. I did everything he told me. As the days went on, my child got WORSE. Sunday night at 11pm, my child blacked out in the bathroom hitting her head on the tub. I called the ambulance due to her being dizzy and too weak to stand. My child had to be rushed to the emergency room due to her sugar dropping to 68 and being dehydrated. They ran multiple test on my child just to discover that she had the flu and it had nothing to do with allergies. My child could have been dead or in a coma due to her being diagnosed for the wrong thing."
"Super nice, did a full check on my newborn unlike one of the other places I took her to. Made sure she was in perfect health. Only issue is the front desk people could be a little nicer most of them were but the one we we’re talking to not so much along with the nurse that brought us to our room, but besides that Dr. Andrew is amazing."
"Dr. B is awesome! He genuinely cares about you and your child’s needs. Great addition to the pediatric team. I would most definitely recommend him for your family’s pediatric needs."
