Dr. Nancy T. Ngo, MD

"First of all, I’ve never seen a pediatrician so detached from her patients. This doctor hasn’t interacted with either of my kids, one time, not a conversation, nothing. All she does is ask about 5 questions upon filling out the questionnaire, questions that she should be asking herself and actually trying to see if the things on this paperwork she’s giving. Say hello to my child and see if he/she will speak back? I’m not a doctor, but it seems as if they are just handing medical degrees to anybody, the process is not making any sense to me as a parent. We sign in wait 10 minutes, nurses are nice they give us paperwork to fill out, we get height and weights, get sent to a room wait 10 minutes, get shots, ask about whatever else the child could be dealing with and get sent home. There is no bond being formed towards the children. As a Veteran I constantly feel as if we are numbers to this doctor, either she has way too many patients cause she constantly mixes my son up with somebody else’s son, idk if it’s because we are black or what, but please find somebody else to bring your kids to, form a bond with your pediatrician and ensure your children are being taken care of correctly and loved on, it’s a tough world out here everyone we go through enough on our own. Wishing positivity on whoever reads this because it’s not an opinion this is how I feel as a father, after numerous appointments."

"I feel like my child isnt being properly treated with Nancy ngo and her assistants. the doctor is nowhere to be seen. All we do is sit for 10 mins for the shots and they send us out ASAP. I thought pediatricians are supposed to check the baby head to toe check their breathing check reflexes check milestones and dot that out check on the parents. Well I don't see any of that and I've been to the appointments since my daughter was born. Its a shame I was referred to this office by friends and family saying it was one of the best in the area. I don't believe it is. Shame I waited so long to figure it out. I will be taking my daughter elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone"

"Dr.Ngo told me my 1 1/2 year old daughter (who obviously has server eczema) doesn't need a dermatologist and that her skin is “Just dry”. Then proceeded to ignore what I was saying to her about my child’s condition and the obvious distress my daughter was in as she sat there on the exam table scratching at her arms and legs visibly crying. Dr.Ngo literally barely glanced at my child’s skin and immediately blew off everything I was saying flat out told me I was wrong and that my child simply had dry skin. I’ve since taken my daughter to a dermatologist in Baytown who confirmed my suspensions that my daughter did indeed have severe eczema and got us on the right track to getting it cleared up and help prevent future brake outs. Had I ignored my gut and listened to Dr.Ngo my daughter would still be itchy and miserable."

"Today was my kids first time there. The staffs was nice and attentive. Dr NGO was very attentive and listen to my children concern. She takes her time and check everything. I highly recommend her to anyone that goes to her"
