"I have to be honest here, I am power of attorney for one of Ricky Berry‘s clients. I contacted Rick Berry over the course of several months and had another attorney contact him as well. I was not able to get anything accomplished in regards to the case that he was hired to do.He did not make any court appearances nor file motions on behalf of the client. My communication with Rick Berry has been less than professional. He has been very derogatory, unprofessional narcissistic and very rude. I contacted him in regards to receiving the retainer back for the total of $6,000 ;keep in mind as per the Texas Bar Association he’s required to return any unearned fees, and or provide an itemized list, of his “earned fees” seeing how there has not been any progress on the case he was retained for nor any court appearances or motions filed. he refused to speak with me in regards to this matter and advised me I would not receive a penny of the money back. Stolen money, as far as I am concerned RICK BERRY is a THIEF, I highly advise you not to hire him. I will be advising the Bar Association of his misconduct, and potentially pressing charges and filing a suit against this fraud of an attorney."
