"The employees at this store are always so helpful & so kind. I'm in at least once a week every week. So I see their kindness & helpfulness not only with me but with other customers also. Y'all please don't come in the store with a bad attitude because you have to wait in line. These employees cannot help how long the line is!!! They are doing the BEST they can. And just because you see an employee in the back, that doesn't mean that they aren't doing anything! There are a ton of moving psrts so to speak. Be patient & be kind. EDIT TO ADD: They have a self serve kiosk to do Amazon returns that is SO EASY to use. Very user friendly."

"The staff is always friendly and helpful. Often there will be a line of customers waiting for assistance, but the staff members are focused, efficient, and get the jobs done. They so courteous and kind. Stacy Johnson has helped me a number of times. She is thoughtful, has excellent oversight and the ability to keep things in perspective. Crystal Deshotel is dedicated and helped me re-send a Fax to a very persnickety recipient. She ensured that the fax was complete, accurate, and I received proper confirmation. I really appreciate her help! There are other excellent staff workers at this store. It is always humming - everyone is always busy. "There is always a long line no matter what time of day I go. The people move so slow and seem kind of out of it. The staff is far from excellent and either need to be trained better or new people need to be hired."

"I was surprised that Marshall had a UPS store because I'm from Houston and do a lot of shipping via UPS (preferably) and USPS but my first impression of this location wasn't good. This store was packed at 9AM so I left and ran a few errands and came back at 9:45m and it was even more people. I only saw 1 person inside working. Sorry but I don't have the time or patience to wait that long. I purchase, print and package my items with label attached but I want a receipt once I drop off my package which entails me waiting in line. I'll update this review once I leave my package. Update: I've been back to this location 11 times and it seems that they corrected the problem with hiring more employees. It been smooth transactions with little wait times."
