"Went to the Express Teller ATM to withdraw money from my account in Marshall Tx and the money compartment wouldn't open, it kept getting stuck, then printed a receipt stating "Withdrawal transaction not complete" but when I checked my account the funds were Withdrawn as if the ATM transaction was complete. I immediately go inside to resolve this issue and I'm told they have to review the footage and this lady will be out for a week. Basically I'm out of money I had but can't use. This is ridiculous......... I would give zero stars if I could. That's not the way to do business."

We’re currently looking for another credit union because his experience yesterday was HORRIBLE. The lady at the counter needs some more training in customer service and how to listen to her supervisor."
