"I placed 2 applications with this company for the Henderson and Marshall locations. Apparently, the same person who called me for an interview for the Henderson location is also responsible for hiring in the Marshall location as well. I spoke with Kelly on the phone the first time and she seemed like she either wasn't comfortable in interviewing candidates or just wasn't interested in my experience and or how I would be an valuable asset to the company. She didn't ask a lot of questions. Almost seems like she just called me to make it seem like she's actually looking to fill positions. She called me for the Marshall, TX position and when I called her back, I guess they weren't open or she was busy with a customer, so she called me back, and she didn't seem like she was interested that time either, so I told her that I realized that we had already spoke about a job in Henderson, TX, and she was like "uhuh". Like she was hoping that I just hang up or decline. Very unprofessional. I did decline the job because it's a waste of my time. I'm not going to beg anyone for a job because if she wanted to hire me, she would've considered me the first time. Personally, if a company invested their time in hiring you to do a job and you seem like you don't take it seriously is a concern for me, and judging by the reviews on Indeed and the way your talent acquisition specialist handled her job not once, but twice, I probably dodged a bullet. So thank you for not being interested in hiring me."
