"I drove into the parking lot and the FedEx truck was about to leave. I ran inside and asked them if I could stop the driver if they’d fix the label on the envelope for me. I got him to wait. Ran back in they handed me the envelope and ran back to the truck. The driver was so nice and so were the ladies in the business. Now my deceased brother’s condo can be turned over to his step children. Thanks all around!!"
"This blonde lady that works in there, is the rudest to deal with. She never smiles, looks miserable, and her attitude matches. She won’t move to help with anything. Several people I’ve Spoke with feel the same. With a three star rating you’d think the owner would make some changes. But it’s family owned From what i understand. I have to go in there at times. It sickens me to do so. Something needs to be done. The best we can do is keep complaining until they do something about her!"
"The lady in charge knew her job, and I was in, and out pretty quickly. She could have been a little more friendly, but wasn't mean or anything. Don't expect to find a bathroom, because their wasn't any. At least not that I was allowed to use. Beats driving to Port Arthur for a UPS drop-off. A nice professional looking small business."
