"I rented a unit on Dec. 1st. There was a lock on it when I went to check it out. Today is Dec. 12th, and the lock is still there. I have 4 different contact numbers, but so far no one has been able to remove the lock on the unit for which I have lost 12 days use. I am changing my review from 2 to 4 stars. I finally got access to my unit today, and I am very satisfied with its location and condition."

"I was not pleased with this place at all some of my things got ruined because water got in the unit & because i removed my stuff & didnt take picturs first nothing could be done about it even though i was charged $20 a month for insurance . I was also upset because i got my items out without giving them a 10 day notice i was still charged for the month that my items were no longer in it so they got paid for nothing . U will never use them again or refer to anybody"
