"They raise your rent with NO warning! I've asked them about it before and they said "oh we sent you an email" so I checked my email right there in front of them and wouldn't you know it, no email anywhere. My rent was originally $100 then they changer companies and it went up to $119, next month it was $129, and the month after it's $150. Not looking forward to whatever it is they're gonna charge me this month. The storage unit I have sure as hell isn't worth $150 with the amount of snakes and rats and the back of it is so unstable. I've already had to throw my some of my stuff away because rats chewed through it. I've already called and tried to contact them to no avail. They keep me on hold until the line just disconnects. Looking for a new storage place, avoid this one at all cost!!"

"Had to threaten small claims court just to cancel a storage unit I never used or put a lock on. Nobody will answer the phone even during open hours, and the only way you can get in contact with anybody is letting them reach out to you after you havnt paid what you owe and you’ve racked up late fees. Do not trust these ppl they will get everything they can out of you for literally no services provided. (my gf is going through the same thing I did and can’t even cancel her unit) pot holes, rats, and horrible ppl services, this place would best be avoided if you ever find yourself in the Jasper Tx area."
