She waited 3 months for the appointment and made it all the way into her office where she was told she couldn’t see my wife because her referral didn’t come from her GP. She was then billed for the appointment and was refused any service or comfort. This is a profession that deals with people who need mental help and Dr Cole not only didn’t help my wife in a time of need but offered no remorse and acted like she didn’t care at all. This is a “doctor” who doesn’t need to have a license."
