I normally would wade into the logistics, but I could never find the time to do all the research on hotels, dining, FastPass choices and all the small details that make Disney trips memorable. She listened to what I wanted and factored in the ages of our kids to offer us lots of choices and steered us to our best matches (and away from a few things that seemed fun, but might not have been best for our crew). Then, when I got a new dream job that upended our planned trip, Tara stepped right in and helped me pick new dates, then seamlessly transferred all our selections out to the new dates -- with fewer crowds and free dining thrown in to boot! She was also available when I was traveling on our FastPass day and worried the train wifi wouldn't be reliable enough to try to make our reservations.
