"Brown Eagle use to be a great place to work.Now days not so good.Being told things like if we Could find another job anywhere else we wouldn’t be there.The company owner want to get rid of senior techs.If we felt like we couldn’t be yelled at r cursed out we need to find another job.If you can’t work overtime find another job.Everyday your job is on the line.Having to stand in an upward position for 12 hours sometimes 16, .Which wouldn’t be so bad if you were able to move, but u have to stand in the same spot.Turn around rate is horrible due to the way they treat u. For senior techs they make your job a living hell.The job is easy the pay is good but upper management don’t know how to treat people.Overall be prepared to be miserable."
